Basic Insurance
Maternity care is included in the basic package of your health insurance. This means that every insurer reimburses the care hours. The number of hours is determined based on the National Indication Protocol (LIP).

Personal Contribution
There is a statutory personal contribution per hour for maternity care. If you have supplementary insurance, this is often fully or partially reimbursed by your insurer.

Hours based on indication
During the intake, we discuss how many hours of care you will likely need. During the maternity week, we can re-indicate this if necessary in consultation with the midwife.
